Zhongtai WP62GP Paste PVC Resin with Low Molecular Weight and Controllable Plastisol Viscosity for Ultra-Low Residual VCM

WP62GP is low-molecular-weight paste PVC resin developed by Zhongtai Chemical. It features a K value of 59–65 and average polymerization degree 750–980. With controllable plastisol viscosity, low paste thickening rate and excellent fineness performance, the resin has low residual VCM, stable thermal whiteness and balanced plasticizer absorption. It is widely applicable to soft PVC products produced by dipping, coating, casting and foaming processes, matching the production demands of artificial leather, PVC gloves, wallpaper and plastisol ink.

1. Low molecular weight with K value 59–65, plastisol viscosity stable within 3.0~7.0×10⁻³Pa·s, outstanding fluidity for coating and dipping processes.
2. Low 24-hour paste thickening rate ≤100%, effectively avoid viscosity surge during long-term storage of plastisol.
3. Ultra-low residual VCM ≤10 ppm, meet environmental and medical-grade production requirements.
4. Low double-standard sieve residue and scraper fineness ≤100μm, reduce surface particles, pinholes and speckles of finished coating products.
5. Thermal whiteness ≥76 at 160℃ for 10 minutes, excellent anti-yellowing performance during high-temperature gelation.
6. Low alcohol extract content, stable compatibility with plasticizers, stabilizers and fillers, wide formula adaptability.

Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, stay away from high temperature, rain and direct sunlight. Seal packages tightly after opening to prevent moisture absorption causing plastisol viscosity fluctuation. Adopt first-in first-out inventory management.

Wear dust mask, protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding and mixing to reduce dust inhalation. In case of eye contact, flush continuously with plenty of clean water immediately.

All listed indicators are factory standard technical specifications in accordance with GB/T 15592-2008. Actual processing performance will be affected by plasticizer proportion, mixing process and storage temperature. Small batch plastisol trial preparation before mass production is highly recommended to verify process adaptability.
